"These bills were designed as part of a science fiction story I've been writing and I decided to loose the 'frame' design of the Dollar and make the one Dollar bill match the rest. The Federal seal is stamped with the same color changing ink used on current bills, and a different type of color changing ink is used on the large number on the back of the larger bills."
